• I. “Pag-ulikid” is an ancient Visayan word meaning looking back with a feeling of gratefulness, care and loving concern for someone or a thing one has left behind. The two hands colored black and white forming a cup convey such sense of gratefulness and care.

 

• II. The colors black and white present the endless turning of the planet earth. At any one given moment, any area of the globe is either night or day. The caring hands colored black and white stand for the endless and ever extending help offered either night or day.

 

• III. The green color is the greenfield Bugasong, Antique. Green being the color of hope for a better life, progress and development which the Foundation intends to support.

 

• IV. The six human figures with their hands clasped to each other is the unbreakable bond of friendship which the Bugasongnons in their side of the globe desire to strengthen through this Foundation.

 

• V. The family and the house inside the cupped-hands stand for the wholistic concept of development in the area of spirituality, economics, agriculture, industry, culture, education and environment which the Foundation is interested to get involved.
